100 gram mix nuts (roasted for 20 minutes 170 C),
75 gram caster sugar
50 gram coconut sugar.
Pour sugar and coconut sugar into saucepan (low heat… Remember Low heattttt!!!), once its caramelize glossy colour add the roasted mix nuts, and pour the lot into baking tray.. easy peasy right… 🙂
when I call it Peanut brittle .. Ampyang ( feel that Javanese language is so basic) haaahaaa
