Similar with Kopi tubruk, Teh tubruk .. let the tea brew for three or four minutes

Follow my mom recipe over the phone if you speak Javanese.. Ingredients is simple : garlic, shallots, salt, candle nuts, bay leaf (must!!), ginger (if you using chicken liver), banana leaf or parchment paper.. and Chicken obviously (no fat!!).. and… chilies.. and.. tomatoes..and eggs… if you like smoky flavour.. used smoked garlic
Really tempting replace saffron and paprika with turmeric.. but when you buy Rabbit.. sometime have strong gamey taste.. which is saffron is the best ingredients .. keep the liver..
so if you live in Indonesia.. use turmeric.. because Rabbit that you use in Indonesia never have strong flavour..
Note : use coconut cream if you use turmeric and double cream if using saffron
5 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, clove, 1/2 tsp paprika, saffron, salt. 1 1/2 pint of water.. 170 C for 3 hours..
when serve add double cream plenty black pepper.. it was good.. really good..
why I used Indonesian Black pepper? because have slightly floral aroma with hint of warm nutmeg..

how to make Raspberry and Coconut Jam.. a bowl of raspberry.. because I robbed one bowl.. (small one) caster sugar (50g) desiccated coconut (I forget to measure) think same bowl of raspberry, 8 fl oz water.. or less add clove (3) star anise (1) and half tsp ground ginger.. 1tbs butter
