I don’t think its simple because you need to slow cook with all ingredients for 2 hours before you put on charcoal BBQ.
(garlic, shallot, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemongrass, bay leaf, Coriander seeds, chilies, shrimp paste and gluten shrimp paste (petis udang), kafir lime leaf, bay leaf, coconut sugar and coconut milk)

if spatchcock.. use satay stick or skewer .. duh (its my fault)
